Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The product is not damaged, altered, or used.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will process the refund through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products with manufacturing defects or if an incorrect item has been delivered, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
